Refunds and cancellations

The short version: look at everything before you pay, because once an invitation is unlocked it has been delivered and cannot be refunded.
See it all before you pay
You can build your whole invitation and view it exactly as your guests will, free, before paying anything. Nothing is hidden behind the payment.
Once unlocked, non-refundable
Unlocking delivers the product instantly: the watermark is removed and your shareable link goes live. Because delivery is immediate and cannot be undone, unlocked invitations cannot be refunded or cancelled.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but no invitation was unlocked, or you were charged twice, we refund in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 7 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
If we fail to deliver
If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get a full refund. No argument.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your payment reference and the phone number you paid with. We reply within two working days.
Taxes
We are not GST registered. The price you see is the price you pay: no tax is added, and none appears on a refund.
