Toran is a digital wedding invitation (kankotri) service. These terms cover what you are buying, what we promise, and what we ask of you. Using Toran means you accept them.
Who you are dealing with
Toran is operated by Heet, a sole proprietorship registered in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. Full details are on our Contact page.
What you are buying
A one-time purchase of one digital invitation, in the design and tier you choose. It comes with a private shareable link and an RSVP dashboard. Prices are in Indian Rupees. We are not GST registered, so no tax is added to the price you see.
Preview before you pay
You can build and view your entire invitation for free before paying. The free preview is watermarked and exists only in your browser session, so it cannot be shared. Payment removes the watermark and creates your shareable link.
Changes after payment
Before you pay, change anything as often as you like. Editing a published invitation yourself is not available yet. Until it is, message us and we will make reasonable corrections for you at no charge.
Your content
The names, dates, photos and wording on your invitation are yours. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they are not unlawful or offensive. We use them only to produce and deliver what you ordered.
Fair use
Please do not resell or redistribute our designs, scrape the site, or use Toran for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do.
Availability
We work to keep Toran running, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Downtime alone does not entitle you to a refund.
Our responsibility
Where we are liable to you, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed.
