About this design
Ãngan is the courtyard — આંગણ, the open ground a family gathers in. Your caricature stands on the page with nothing framing it: no box, no card, no border. Trees, a toran and a drift of petals move at different speeds behind you as the page scrolls.
The week is told as costume changes. The same two people appear at the pithi, the sangeet, the pool party and the wedding, in different clothes each time — so scrolling the schedule is watching your own week go past. Three couples are drawn; pick the one closest to you, or send your own artwork.
It is warm rather than formal, and it suits a wedding that is more garden than banquet hall.
Everything is yours to write: both families, the muhurat, the venue of each function with a map button that opens directions, your photographs, how you met, an RSVP that collects replies and any question you want to ask your guests. In Gujarati, Hindi or English.
